Earning Reward Points

Here at ToyAngel, we believe in rewarding our customers. After all, a happy customer is a returning customer. Here we present to you the ToyAngel Reward Points Program.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with our reward point systems, it works a little something like this:

Place an order and get reward points based on your order value. For example, a $100 product and $10 shipping, you will receive 110 x 3 points/$, for a total of 330 points (each point is worth $0.01) which is redeemable on a future purchase, as simple as that.

While it was nice to reward our customers for placing an order, we feel that it isn't enough. We want to reward our customers for various things they do on the site. Read on to find out how you can earn more reward points.

How to Earn Points

Pre-requisite: You must be a registered user and must be logged into your account when order is placed in order to receive points, so sign up if you haven't already!

Below is the break down on how points can be earned on the ToyAngel website:

Registering an Account - 100 Points (Per account)

This is for new customers only. By registering for an account when you visit our site or when you place an order, you will automatically be given 100 points in your account.

*Please note that you will not receive additional reward points for submitting multiple reviews of the same product.

Taking a Survey - 100 Points (Max 300 points a day)

We will be posting various surveys on the website looking for detailed comments and suggestions. Your in-depth response is very important to us and lets us know what YOU want. You will receive 100 points for every survey you take. You can receive up to 300 points per day on surveys. Unregistered customers can also take surveys to let us know what you think, however, points will not be rewarded if you are not registered.

Each survey can only be take once by a registered customer. You will not be able to take the same survey multiple times to accrue additional reward points.

Taking a Poll - 5 Points (Max 10 points a day)

We will be posting various polls on the website looking for opinions and feedback. Your opinion will let us know what we need to improve on. You will receive 5 points for every poll you participate in. You can receive up to 25 points per day on poll participation.

Polls are recorded by IP, so please only take the same poll once. If we catch accounts that keep taking the same poll by going through different IPs, the points will be deleted and the account might be deleted.

Liking / Tweeting / +1 a Product - 2 Points (Max 12 points a day)

Every time you Like / Tweet / +1 a product on, you will receive 2 points. However, to prevent spamming, there's 5 min wait before you can Liking / Tweeting / +1 another product. The maximum you can receive from each social media platform is 4 points per day. Between the 3 social media platforms, you can receive a max of 12 points in a day.

For example, if you "Like" a product and received 2 reward points, you will need to wait for 5 mins before you can like another product for an additional 2 points. Each social platform is independent from each other, so you can "Tweet" or "+1" a product and receive 2 points even though you had just clicked "Like" for Facebook.

We are hoping that this will encourage users to share the products they like on their respective social media. However, if we find there's abnormal amounts of spamming or spamming using fake accounts, we will remove the points in that respective account and possibly terminate the whole program.

Placing an Order - At least 3 Points Per $ Spent

When you become a registered user, you become a Bronze member of our new customer loyalty program. For every order you place on that is completed and shipped out, you will receive 3 points as a Bronze member for every dollar you spend. This applies to shipping fees and taxes as well. The more you purchase, the more points you will accrue for use in the future and brings you closer to the next member level. (Please note that we cannot apply points from orders that were purchased as a guest)

How to Redeem the Points

Redeeming points in our new Reward Points Program is easier than ever! As long as you are signed in and have points in your account, you will be given a choice to spend your points while you are in the shopping cart or at checkout. Simply choose how many points you would like to use - it is all up to you.

Also as an added bonus, all your reward points on can also be used on our "Adult Only" partner site!

Point Expiration

Reward Points will expire in 365 days if not used. However, only points that were gained in that certain transaction will expire, not your total reward points balance.

For example:

10 days ago you registered your account for 100 points. Today, you write a review and received 50 points. Your Reward Points balance is now at 150 points. The 100 points you received for registering the account will expire in 355 days since 10 days have already passed. The 50 points that you received from the review today is still valid for 365 days.

Please use your points before they expire. We will not reinstate points that have expired.

*ToyAngel reserves the right to take away any points or delete your account without notice if we feel that an account has been abusing or spamming in order to receive extra reward points.
