Ordering Guidelines



Placing An Order

ToyAngel.com accepts various types of payment::

  • Payment methods
  • Pre-loaded gift cards that can be registered to an address and supports AVS (Address Verification System).
  • Debit Cards used through PayPal only.

If a transaction failed, rest assured that the money was never taken from you. Your banking or credit card institution holds the funds whenever a fund request (order) is made to your credit card. This is known as a pending hold. These holds are placed by your card issuer and will automatically be released by your banking or credit card institution within a few business days depending on their policy. Once the hold is released, it will disappear from your records. We would like to reassure you that on our end, the order was never processed and we could not claim any funds due to the decline.

ToyAngel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

ToyAngel also reserves the right to cancel any order due to any pricing/technical errors, fraudulent activities, and non-serious buyers. Please provide your full real name when placing your order. Any orders with falsified First and Last Names, alias, or initials only (such as A B) will be on hold for verification or canceled.

You should also notice that ToyAngel accepts Bitcoins! If for some reason you cannot pass the credit card AVS verification, Bitcoin is a viable choice.

Please note that all orders paid with Bitcoins are final. Due to the volatility of the Bitcoin value, we WILL NOT refund any Bitcoin orders. So please be sure before you submit your order with Bitcoins




Billing

When you purchase from ToyAngel.com using your credit card, the charges on your statement will read ToyAngel. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal and are not stored locally. No credit card numbers are accessible by ToyAngel .

To ensure your shopping experience is easy and discreet, orders with FedEx shipping are packed in plain brown boxes, and orders with USPS shipping are packed in plain brown boxes or USPS Priority Boxes. Our name appears as "ToyAngel" on the return address. .




Pre-orders and Available Items

We all know the feeling when you are waiting for that new toy to arrive. That's why when you make an order from ToyAngel with pre-order items and available items, we will not wait to combine shipping on your order. At ToyAngel/p>

Domestic Orders

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. ToyAngel.com offers the following domestic shipping methods:

  • USPS First-Class Mail - Estimated delivery in 5~7 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail - Estimated delivery in 2~4 Business Days
  • FedEx Home Delivery - Estimated delivery in 1~5 Business Days
  • FedEx Express Saver - Estimated delivery in 3 Business Days
  • FedEx 2nd Day - Estimated delivery in 2 Business Days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Estimated delivery in 1 Business Day

FedEx Express orders (Standard Overnight / 2nd Day / Express Saver) placed before 5:00pm CT will be processed and shipped out on the same business day.

Please note:

  • Please check to make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. Any additional delivery/return fees due to incomplete address or non-response from the customer will be charged to the customer.
  • FedEx requires a physical street address for delivery. PO Box addresses need to be shipped using USPS.
  • If you want to hold your package at the Post Office / FedEx location for pickup, please mention it in the order comments.
  • Once the order is packed and ready, you will receive a shipping e-mail confirmation:
  • No insurance is included for orders shipped with USPS. ToyAngel will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipment.
  • All orders shipped with FedEx are insured. ToyAngel and FedEx will be released of any responsibility for lost or damage shipments when the customer requests the package to be left at a certain location.
  • All estimated delivery dates are estimates only, barring any shipping discrepancies, problems, or weather delays.
  • Due to the large quantity of packages we process. Orders cannot be canceled once the packaging process is completed and tracking email have been sent out.
  • "Coupon & Promotion Code" must be entered at the time of purchase to register, we will not be able to apply a coupon or promotional code to an order after order have been submitted.
  • "Free Shipping" is always shipped with the most economical method. Depending on your order size and location, a faster shipping method might be cheaper and will be used. Please do not expect or demand a certain shipping method based on prior experience. (Due to the extremely high cost and unreliable USPS shipping and customer complaints to Alaska and Hawaii, we do not offer Free Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii)
  • "Free Shipping" orders will be processed on the following business day after all regular orders have been processed.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered Business Days.
  • Signature upon delivery will be required on orders over $200.



International Orders

With the added payment method of Bitcoins, ToyAngel can now ship to all foreign countries allowed by the United States . When placing an international order, please pay attention to the following:

  • All international orders other than Canada and Australia/New Zealand, can only be paid with Bitcoin and PayPal Express as the payment method.
  • International shipments require customs documents and may take approximately 1-2+ weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country.
  • Please check your country's local customs regulations and be aware of the laws within your country. If certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, ToyAngel cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs.
  • The description of "Toys & Accessories" and/or "Toy Figures" will be used on the customs form to describe the commodity inside the package. No exceptions are allowed.
  • All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual invoice value of the order, no exceptions. It is illegal to falsify the invoice value to lower tariffs, duties, and taxes. ToyAngel will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.
  • When choosing the "First-Class Package International Service" shipping method, the post office does not provide any delivery estimation and tracking updates.
  • All international shipments are shipped via USPS.
  • No insurance is included for orders shipped with USPS. ToyAngel will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipment.
  • If an international order was not claimed or was rejected back to ToyAngel, a refund will be processed after deducting all the shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee.

Returns & Replacements

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the following exceptions:

  • If your item is defective upon receipt: Products with manufacturer's warranty coverage in America will be handled directly by the manufacturer's support department. Any exchanges from the manufacturer are only valid for the same item unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.

  • If you are dissatisfied with an item: We cannot accept dissatisfaction returns. Only unopened and undamaged packages that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund less the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. In cases of free shipping, the actual shipping cost for the returned item(s) will be calculated and deducted from the refund. We WILL NOT accept open/used items for return. Any items that are returned to us used or opened will not be issued a refund.

  • Bundled products: We WILL NOT issue a partial product value refund on bundled products. Bundled products must be returned all together unopened.

  • All returns (RMA): Please contact customer service to obtain a RMA number and a return address or use the RMA system by logging into your account and clicking on "RMA" under "Your Account".

    You will then be able to select the order and item eligible to create an RMA and attach pictures of the item so that we have a better idea of the problem in the case of a defective item.

    Items returned without original packaging WILL NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. All return postage are paid by the customer and must be shipped with a traceable shipping method and insured for the full value against damage and loss. We WILL NOT be responsible for any returns before receipt. RMA number must be included on the address or the package will be refused without exception.

    Non-U.S. customers are responsible for postage for both returned RMA item and replacement item.
