Return Policy



If your item is defective upon receipt:

Defective items will not be returned or exchanged. Please contact the respective company's support department. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Please Note: Products with minor or external blemishes due to the process of manufacturing of the toy are not deemed as defective.


If you are dissatisfied with an item:

We cannot accept dissatisfaction returns. Only pre-orders still within the pre-order due date can be canceled without any restocking fees. Any pre-order cancels after the pre-order due date will incur a 30% restocking fee which is converted to store credit on For example, if you pre-ordered a toy for $100 and decides to cancel after the pre-order due date, 30% (in this case $30) will be given to you as store credit on for future use and you will be refunded remainder $70.


Cancelling Your Pre-Order

Please contact customer service or use the RMA system by logging into your account and clicking on "RMA" under "Your Account".

You will then be able to select the order and item eligible to cancel

GC/Bonus Points refunds:

If an order was paid in parts or whole by GC and/or Bonus Points, those GC/Bonus Points are returned to your account and subtracted from the refund before any remaining balance is issued in any monetary refunds.
